A Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 15+ years in the industry and a Level 3 Ante/Post Natal Trainer, TRX, Bootcamp, Spin Instructor and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
I am also a mum to 2 boys.
In the past, I have trained for triathlons and running events, as well as competed in martial arts (Judo and Tae Kwon Do). However, I now prefer to work on strength and flexibility through weight training and yoga, as well as a bit of HiiT thrown in!
